Edible Excavator Cake

I think this was my first adventure in cake making. My son was turning one and we wanted to have a CAT party. Mostly for the truck theme. I did a lot of research and this is also when I came across Family Fun.  Again I have mentioned this is one of my favorite websites. Fun ideas for all ages.
